1. I don't exercise.
I didn't before, but I don't do it now either. I sit on a chair. Not good.
2. I waste money.
I have been undiscriminately spending money for the last three weeks. Literally anything goes and nothing is off limits. It's both liberating and depressing.
3. I don't learn.
Often I need to use my brain at work. Then, at times, I simply want to listen to music. My audiobook/manual book habits have gone completely off rails.
4. I skip and avoid any extracurricular activities.
I will use work as an excuse to skip freelance projects, hobbies and artistic development.
5. I don't get any rest.
Since every minute off work seems suddenly so valuable, I am either outdoors mingling with strangers and alcohol or clicking aimlessly on my computer all night. Not good.
tl;dr - work is a job. not good. i need a plan.
